I Know This Road

On February 26, 2023, my life changed in an instant when I survived a massive ischemic stroke. The very next day, I suffered a second, hemorrhagic stroke.

Today, I navigate life in a wheelchair. I live with aphasia and spasticity every single day. I know firsthand the intense frustration of losing your physical independence, and I know how much courage it takes to rebuild your life.

I became a coach because I don't want you to navigate this journey alone. Together, we will focus on what you can do. Using my personal experience and practical tools, I will help you safely reclaim your daily independence, one small win at a time, right from your home.
